Petroleum Products Corp., formed in June 2003, packages oil in all size
containers and ships bulk oil to the Chicago Area.

Average monthly sales in 2003 were approximately $50,000 per month
with one packaging line in operation.  These numbers remained steady
until July of 2007 when new management was introduced. Sales climbed
steadily finishing the year with monthly sales exceeding $150,000.  During
this time, Petroleum Products started another packaging line producing
anti-freeze.  In 2008, Petroleum Products once again introduced another
packaging line producing windshield washer.  Currently, Petroleum
Products Corp. has three full-time production lines with sales increasing
monthly.

Petroleum Products is poised for explosive growth and has aligned itself to
do so in this niche market.  Each principal of the company has years of
business experience and a great deal of business contacts within the oil
industy.  This has proven to be an invaluable source of growth for PPC.
